We’re proud to be featured in Law.com, where Tedra Cannella and Rob Snyder share the founding story behind Cannella Snyder and the principles that guide our work.

Founded in 2021, our firm was built to provide top-tier advocacy in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, product liability, and qui tam cases. Reflecting on our journey, Tedra shared that “Starting Cannella Snyder meant we could create a workplace that reflected our values, and we have been very intentional about that. When I make decisions, I don’t worry about rocking the boat. Instead, I think about what kind of boat I want to be in.”

Rob noted how quickly the firm gained a foothold, saying, “We had planned conservatively, knowing how challenging it can be starting out … [but] the momentum built much more quickly than I had envisioned.”

Since our founding, we’ve grown to six attorneys — including partner Sachi Cole — and five staff members. We’re excited for what’s ahead and grateful for our team, clients, and supporters who have been part of this journey.
