- Landmark Settlement in Auto Parts Manufacturing Case: Representing the plaintiff in the Autoliv seat belt product liability case, our firm secured a $56 million settlement in the case of a grieving widow, concluding nearly 10 years of litigation with one of the largest recoveries ever in a case against an automotive component supplier.
- Justice in Tragic Tractor-Trailer Case: After three years of litigation stemming from a devastating tractor-trailer crash, we achieved a $22.7 million settlement for the plaintiffs in January 2023.
- Whistleblower Triumph in False Claims Act Case: In a groundbreaking case against Texas-based laboratory Genotox Laboratories Ltd., Cannella Snyder represented whistleblower and former Genotox billing manager Alex DiGiacomo. The case culminated in a $5.9 million settlement with the federal government, including nearly $1 million to DiGiacomo under the False Claims Act.
